Job Description:

We are seeking a Software QA Lead to lead our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing QA strategies, managing testing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, TestNG, and Cucumber
•  Integrate automation processes with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using tools such as JMeter.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Automation Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation efficiency.
•  Maintain documentation for automation frameworks and test procedures.
• Generate regular reports on automation progress, test coverage, and quality metrics for stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in test automation, with at least 2 years in an automation leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks 

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
•  Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, REST Assured, Postman Newman, and familiarity with Appium.
• Experience with TestNG, Cucumber, and designing automation frameworks using OOP principles.
•  Proficient with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD; knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Advanced knowledge of Git and GitLab.
• Skilled in using JMeter for performance, load, and stress testing.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation and backend verification.
• Experience with Allure, ExtentReports, Log4
