About the Role: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Odoo Developer to join our growing team. As an Odoo Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Odoo solutions for our diverse clientele. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to understand their unique needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their business objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

- Create tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements, extending Odoo's core functionalities.

- Collaborate with clients and project managers to grasp their business processes, challenges, and desired outcomes for Odoo implementation.

- Transform client needs into detailed technical specifications for development, ensuring clear understanding and project feasibility.

- Build seamless connections between Odoo and existing systems such as CRM, ERP, accounting software, etc., ensuring data flow and efficient operations.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Odoo implementations, ensuring smooth functionality and client satisfaction.

- Develop high-quality code that adheres to industry best practices, is easily maintainable, and is thoroughly documented for future reference.

- Work seamlessly with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, efficient project execution, and successful delivery.

- Continuously learn and adapt to the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices to optimize development and deliver the most effective solutions.

- Actively engage in code reviews to maintain code quality and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of team coding standards.

- Assist in documenting developed solutions, processes, and technical specifications, ensuring knowledge sharing and project clarity.

Job Requirements: 

- 4+ years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer

- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Odoo's architecture, modules, and core functionalities to build efficient and effective solutions.

- Possess strong programming skills in Python, XML, and JavaScript, the fundamental languages used for Odoo development.

- Be familiar with and comfortable using Odoo's development tools to streamline the development process (e.g., Studio, debugger)

-Possess a solid understanding of database management principles and experience working with PostgreSQL, the database used by Odoo.

- Understanding of web development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS), Have a basic understanding of web development principles to ensure seamless integration of Odoo solutions with web interfaces.

- Possess strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and team members.

- Be able to effectively work independently on assigned tasks as well as collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.

- Be a self-motivated learner who is eager to stay abreast of industry trends and continually improve their skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Prior experience working with Odoo's eCommerce module is a significant advantage.

- Experience in integrating Odoo with other systems, such as CRMs or ERPs, will be highly valued.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies will contribute to efficient project execution and teamwork.

-Understanding of other ERP/CRM systems can be helpful in understanding client needs and integrating Odoo seamlessly with existing systems.
