Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Flutter Developer at Intalio, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experiences and drive our business forward.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create application architecture and design that meets user needs and business objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high code quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Debug and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver seamless and integrated solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance development processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and application features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 4 years specifically working with Flutter.
• Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework. Strong understanding of mobile development best practices for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications. Familiarity with state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
