Position Overview:
As a Backend Tech Lead, you will take ownership of the backend architecture and lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best technical solutions are implemented, mentor junior developers, and define best practices for the backend stack. This role is hands-on and requires deep technical expertise in .NET Core and MVC, along with strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of backend developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Architect and implement solutions using .NET Core and MVC frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure smooth integration between systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, helping them advance in their skills.
• Define backend coding standards, best practices, and ensure quality assurance across the team.
• Review code, conduct code audits, and ensure adherence to performance, security, and scalability best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and industry trends, ensuring the team uses the most efficient and effective solutions.
• Manage and optimize database architecture, performance, and query efficiency.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in:
  • .NET Core (required)
  • MVC framework (required)
  • Building RESTful APIs and web services
  • Entity Framework and database integration (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
  • Modern cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Experience with:
  • Version control using Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Writing unit and integration tests for backend code.
  • Managing microservices or distributed systems is a plus.
  • Performance optimization and troubleshooting complex backend issues.

• Proven experience in leading or mentoring backend development teams.
