Job Summary:
The Senior Presales Specialist will assume a pivotal role in
supporting presales activities at Intalio, with a focus on digital
transformation solutions. Positioned in Egypt and operating remotely for the
Intalio KSA Branch, this specialist will collaborate closely with the sales
team to deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
The ideal candidate will boast a robust understanding of the KSA market,
possess expertise in digital transformation, and demonstrate proficiency in managing
tenders, Proof of Concepts (POC), and client engagements. Knowledge of AI
technologies is advantageous, while a strong foundation in software or a
related technical field is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client
Engagement & Solution Design:
- Collaborate
with the sales team to understand client needs and align them with
Intalio’s digital transformation offerings.
- Present
and demonstrate the company’s product portfolio and solutions in a clear,
impactful manner.
- Assist
in the preparation of client proposals, including tender responses, and
ensure compliance with KSA business regulations and market standards.
- Proof of Concept (POC) Preparation:
- Lead
the design and execution of POCs that align with customer requirements,
showcasing the capabilities of Intalio's products.
- Work
closely with internal teams to customize POC solutions based on the
technical and business needs of potential clients.
- Presentations
& Demonstrations:
- Prepare
and deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations to
prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Articulate
the value propositions of Intalio’s products, focusing on the business
impact for customers in the KSA market.
- Tailor
demonstrations to the audience’s technical and business levels of
understanding.
- Tendering
& Proposal Management:
- Actively
contribute to tender submissions, ensuring a deep understanding of the
KSA government and corporate procurement processes.
- Gather
and structure all necessary technical documentation and requirements
needed for successful proposal completion.
- Technology
Trend Awareness:
- Stay
current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor
offerings, specifically focusing on AI and its applications within
digital transformation.
- Provide
insights and recommendations on how to integrate innovative technologies
into client solutions.
- Cross-functional
Collaboration:
- Coordinate
with product management, development, and technical teams to ensure
seamless integration of client feedback into future product enhancements.
- Act
as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring
that both customer expectations and technical capabilities are met.
- Market
Research & Client Insights:
- Conduct
ongoing market research to understand the evolving business needs of KSA
customers.
- Leverage
this knowledge to craft proposals and solutions that resonate with
clients' digital transformation objectives.
- Training
& Development:
- Train
internal teams and clients on product features, usage, and updates.
- Develop
training materials, documentation, and presentations to facilitate this
process.
- Sales
Support:
- Act
as a key technical advisor during the sales process, answering technical
questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring product fit for the client’s
business needs.
- Provide
ongoing support during the sales lifecycle, including post-sales
assistance as required.
- AI
& Innovation Integration (Optional but Preferred):
- Advise
on how AI technologies can be integrated into current solutions to
improve business processes and enhance customer outcomes.
- Lead
or support AI-related initiatives where applicable to strengthen
Intalio’s competitive advantage in the market.
Qualifications:
- 6+
years of experience in presales or a related role within the software
industry.
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong
understanding of digital transformation and the KSA market.
- Proficiency
in managing tenders, preparing proposals, and delivering POCs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in digital transformation (preferred).
