Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Insight, and Data Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects within these domains, from planning to execution. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of projects, and leverage your expertise to drive continuous improvement in content management and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibiities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage ECM, Insight, and Data Management projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving ECM processes, data management practices, and overall project execution to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure effective project risk management.

• Data Governance: Oversee data management practices, ensuring proper governance, compliance, and security across all data-related projects.

• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate project documentation, including timelines, project status reports, and post-project evaluations. Communicate project progress to stakeholders effectively.

• Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high performance environment.

• Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of ECM tools, processes, and data management practices. 

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.

• Experience:

o Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects within ECM, Insight, or Data Management environments.

o Proven experience in leading teams through the implementation of ECM solutions, data governance frameworks, or insight-driven projects.

o Strong understanding of ECM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum) and data management technologies.

o Experience with data-driven decision-making, including the use of data analytics tools and business intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Skills:

o Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc.). o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

o Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and security best practices.

o A strategic thinker with the ability to align project outcomes with business objectives.

Certifications:

o PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is a plus.

o Certifications related to ECM tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

o Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.

o Familiarity with cloud-based ECM solutions and enterprise content management strategies.

o Experience in implementing business intelligence or analytics solutions to drive organizational insight.

o Data privacy and compliance knowledge (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is an asset.
