Intalio Egypt is a leading technology company providing innovative business solutions to clients globally. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards and company policies.
• Review and reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights for financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Perform variance analysis and offer recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for the completion of annual audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
