Job Summary:

We are looking for a fresh graduate with a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) who can bring innovative ideas and technical insights to our organization. As an AI Champion, you will explore how AI can optimize our operations and solutions, working closely with various departments to research, develop, and implement AI-driven enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Research & Workflow Analysis

   • Analyze existing company workflows to identify areas for AI integration.
   • Research AI trends, automation tools, and best practices in enterprise software.
   • Benchmark against competitors to discover AI-driven opportunities.

2. Developing AI Use Cases

   • Work with different teams (HR, Sales, Finance, etc.) to propose AI-based improvements.
   • Identify potential AI applications for clients, particularly within Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and automation.
   • Document AI use cases, assessing feasibility, risks, and expected benefits.

3. AI Prototyping & Testing

   • Collaborate with the tech and data teams to develop AI-powered features.
   • Analyze real-world data to test AI models and refine implementations.
   • Collect feedback from users to optimize AI solutions.

4. AI Implementation & Training

   • Support AI solution rollouts within the company.
   • Train internal teams on AI tools and workflows.
   • Monitor AI adoption and measure its impact.

5. Reporting & Communication

   • Prepare reports on AI initiatives and insights.
   • Present findings to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts (Machine Learning, NLP, Automation).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools or programming languages (Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
