Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional (5-7 years) in digitization, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or digital transformation who understands how AI can enhance these fields. As an AI Champion, you will drive AI adoption across internal operations and develop AI-powered solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI-Driven Business Process Improvement

    • Assess current workflows and identify AI-driven efficiency improvements.
    • Research AI trends in automation, ECM, and business process management.
    • Benchmark AI applications in similar industries.
  2. AI Strategy & Use Case Development

    • Work with department heads to define AI opportunities for internal operations (HR, finance, sales, customer service).
    • Develop AI use cases to enhance ECM and automation solutions for clients.
    • Document AI applications, assessing feasibility, risks, and ROI.
  3. AI Solution Development & Testing

    • Collaborate with tech teams to prototype and refine AI-powered features.
    • Work with real business data to optimize AI performance.
    • Gather feedback from internal teams and clients for continuous improvement.
  4. Implementation & Change Management

    • Assist in rolling out AI-powered solutions within the company.
    • Train teams on AI applications and best practices.
    • Monitor adoption and report on AI impact.
  5. Reporting & Leadership Communication

    • Prepare reports on AI initiatives, insights, and business impact.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in digitization, ECM, business automation, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in process optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Ability to assess workflows and identify digitization opportunities.
  • Familiarity with ECM platforms or workflow automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
