Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Account Manager responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the financial technology sector. As an Account Manager, you will ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs, responding to inquiries promptly, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Ultimately, your role is to drive business growth by fostering strong, long-term client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and optimize databases in Azure SQL and SQL Server
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics in alignment with fintech business strategies.
  • Engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers within financial institutions.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand the sales pipeline within the fintech space.
  • Gather and utilize client feedback to refine sales processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, particularly within banking, payments, and digital finance sectors.
  • Stay updated on fintech product developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
  • Follow up on leads and successfully onboard new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Retain clients and cultivate strong, trusted relationships within the fintech ecosystem.
  • Analyze client needs and identify new business opportunities within the fintech sector.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the fintech landscape, including emerging technologies, competitors, and market shifts.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial technology needs.
  • If required, oversee account representatives to enhance sales performance.


    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or digital transformation.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, and key account management within financial technology.
    • Strong track record of managing enterprise accounts and high-value clients.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
    • Demonstrated experience in the Qatar fintech market, with a network of potential clients and leads in banking, payments, and financial services.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
