Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with 4+ years of experience in content creation, particularly in the IT sector. The role involves developing diverse content types, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and social media posts, while aligning with business and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, and digital transformation, along with expertise in SEO and social media strategies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to content strategy and drive engagement across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and develop a wide range of content types, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, pitch decks, articles, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and tailored to specific audiences (C-level, technical professionals, business users).
  • Develop and manage the content calendar to align with company goals and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify content needs and themes that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Research and write comprehensive whitepapers and case studies that highlight customer success stories, product features, and industry trends.
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather data, testimonials, and insights for case studies.
  • Develop and update website content, ensuring that it aligns with SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Maintain a consistent tone across all digital channels while optimizing for search engines and readability.
  • Create compelling content for pitch decks, brochures, and other sales and marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
  • Plan and execute content for social media channels, driving engagement and building a strong brand presence.
  • Work closely with the design team to create visual content for posts.
  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure all planned activities (social media posts, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) are executed on time.
  • Monitor and report on content performance, making data-driven adjustments to the strategy when needed. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in content writing and management, specifically in the IT product or service domain.
  • Proven ability to write for different formats such as blogs, whitepapers, articles, case studies, website copy, pitch decks, and social media posts.
  • Experience managing content calendars and executing content strategies to support marketing and sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technologies, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and sales to gather input and ensure alignment in messaging.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and social media content strategy to drive visibility and engagement.  

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to measure the success of content through analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and an understanding of buyer personas, lead generation, and sales funnel stages.
