Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Developer to provide advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debugging, resolving software-related problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications, including AI bots and web-based platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Java-based applications.
- Debug and analyze system logs, code, and application performance to provide effective solution
- Analyze logs and code to troubleshoot and debug reported issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with integration, feature requests, and general product inquiries.
- Assist customers with software integrations, API configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with development teams to report bugs, suggest improvements, and enhance product performance.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles, support documentation, and technical guides.
- Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions to help customers maximize product value.
- Analyze support tickets to identify recurring issues and trends for continuous product enhancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (AngularJS, ReactJS), Python, and SQL.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js.
- Ability to debug and analyze code to resolve software-related issues.
- Strong knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Java (Spring Boot, Java EE)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integration troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and debug software issues
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and software deployment processes.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support platforms.
- Ability to document solutions and maintain technical resources for internal and external use.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-driven platforms or SaaS-based applications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, or cloud-based application hosting.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of customer success strategies to improve retention and user engagement.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including network configurations and system optimization.
