Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Professional Services & Software Development Manager to oversee and lead both our Professional Services and Software Development teams. This role will involve managing unit managers, software engineers, and implementation teams to ensure efficient and successful project execution. You will optimize Agile methodologies, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality products on time. Your leadership will drive standardized governance frameworks and the integration of automation tools, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee both Professional Services and Software Development teams.

• Lead unit managers for Java & .NET, software engineers, and implementation teams to ensure efficient team operations and project success.

• Optimize Agile methodologies, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines to drive efficient and timely product releases.

• Ensure on-time project completion, adherence to SLA requirements, and provide effective post-implementation support.

• Standardize software development governance frameworks to ensure consistent practices and quality delivery.

• Integrate automation tools for tracking project execution, quality assurance, and software releases.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Software Development, or Service Delivery.

• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.

• In-depth background in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based solutions.

• Proven leadership experience in managing software development teams and implementation engineers.

• Expertise in modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, and Jakarta EE.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize service execution and align with business objectives.
