Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Design and Implementation
- Develop and deploy IT infrastructure solutions aligned with
organizational goals.
- Configure and manage servers, networks, storage, and
virtualization technologies.
- Implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Maintenance and Monitoring
- Monitor infrastructure performance to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance to minimize
downtime.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security
protocols.
- Cloud and Virtualization Management
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid
environments.
- Deploy and oversee virtualization technologies like VMware,
Hyper-V, or KVM.
- Optimize resource utilization in virtualized and cloud
environments.
- Network Management
- Configure and secure LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Manage firewalls, routers, and switches for secure connectivity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.
- Security and Compliance
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against threats.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR,
HIPAA).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement solutions.
- Technical Support
- Provide Level 2/3 support for complex infrastructure issues.
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain technical records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless IT
integration.

- Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, macOS.
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
