Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant to support the daily operations of the CEO Office. The role focuses on organizing data, managing follow-ups, coordinating calendars and travel, and keeping tasks and documents in order. The right person is a strong team player, ready to collaborate, provide support and help keep things moving smoothly across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transport.
  • Keep digital files and documents well-organized and easy to access.
  • Organize and format reports and data from different departments.
  • Review incoming documents, reports, and emails; summarize key points and highlight anything missing.
  • Prepare and format Excel files (basic data cleaning, layout).

  • Help with PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clear and consistent formatting

  • Keep track of tasks, follow-ups, and to-do lists for the CEO Office.


Key Skills:

  • Organized and able to manage details carefully.
  • Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good at summarizing and keeping track of tasks and schedules.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
  • Professional, collaborative and responsible in all work.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
