Summary:
We
are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Odoo Implementer to join
our team in Jordan. The role involves gathering business requirements,
configuring and customizing Odoo modules, training end-users, and ensuring
smooth deployment of ERP solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate
should have hands-on experience with Odoo (Community or Enterprise) and a
strong understanding of business processes across different domains.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements to
design Odoo-based solutions.
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules
(Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and
quality assurance of delivered solutions.
- Provide user training, manuals, and post-implementation
support.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for
advanced customizations.
- Migrate data from legacy systems into Odoo.
- Work closely with clients to ensure project timelines
and deliverables are met.
- Prepare functional documentation and progress reports.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending best
practices in Odoo usage.
Qualifications
& Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Odoo implementation or
ERP systems.
- Strong functional knowledge of business processes
(Accounting, HR, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Familiarity with Odoo Community and Enterprise
versions.
- Good knowledge of database concepts and basic
understanding of Python/QWeb is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills in
English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with clients in the Middle
East.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
